Visit Suðuroy with the ship M/F Smyril and get a fascinating sightseeing trip as well. The route to and from Suðuroy is not ordinary. It takes you past 1/3 of the islands. The sights on a clear day are incredible and give you opportunity to savour the Faroese nature from 1st class. The journey from Streymoy to Suðuroy takes 1 hour 45 min. and onboard you can relax and enjoy the modern conveniences that the ship has to offer. Vehicles are required to be in the queue at least 15 min. before departure. Arrival and departure times vary from summer to winter. Furthermore they may vary due to adverse weather conditions.
