Gourmet is a modern restaurant which besides being specialized in preparing classical meals also offers the possibility to experience meals prepared in an updated »old Faroese style«. The restaurant has perfect surroundings and is placed in a cozy environment by the marina in Skálatrøð, also called Vágsbotn. Even though the building is new, the location of Gourmet is originally where the old blacksmith of the town had his workshop in the old days.
