NORÐASTI HAGI - HIKING TRIP
|
See the old, cosy houses surrounded by beauti ful nature. The houses have not been changed since they were built some 100 years ago. The area is rich in birdlife. In the summer, you may be lucky to experience seals sunbathing on the rocks near the coast. Tour is on request in the period 1. juni - 15. sept. Duration 5-6 hours. Requires a min of 6 participants. Departure is from Dalsgarður, Skálavík.

HØVDARHAGI / SØLTUVÍK - HIKING TRIP
|
Hike in the stunning nature. See the beauti ful Svartskoradrangur and Oknadalsdrangur. This tour offers many unique sights. Tour is on request in the period mei - sept. Duration 6 hours. Requires a min/max of 8/20 participants. Departure is from the harbour in Skopun. It is not allowed to hike along the West side without permission from the owner of the land. It is possible to reserve packed lunch to bring along. It is also possible to rent a bus from Søltuvík.

SKÝVOY - GUIDED HIKING TRIP
|
The tour starts at the harbour in Sandur. Sail to Skúvoy to see Fagradalur. The view to the bird cliffs is a unique experience. Pay a visit to Ólansgarður and see Sig mundar steinur. Afterwards the trip goes back to Sandur and then to Skopun. Tour can be done every day all year on request. Duration 7 hours. Requires a min/max of 6/20 participants. Departure is from the harbour in Sand. Guide is included. It is possible to reserve packed lunch to bring along. It is also possible to reserve dinner in Skúgvi.

SLAVANSDALUR - HIKING TRIP
|
Find your way like they did in the old days. Rest at Fjallastovan in Slavansdalur, where traditional Faroese homemade specialties will be served by the farmers wife. Con tinue to Traðardalur along the lake Sandsvatn before a bus will take you back to Skopun and the ferry Teistin. Requires a min of 10 participants. Departure is from the harbour in Skopun.
